What happens after a group inquiry

An interest form lets the practice know which program you are considering and how you prefer to be contacted. It is not a therapy session, diagnostic assessment, emergency service, or confirmation that a place is available. Availability, program timing, and enrollment decisions can change, so an inquiry does not reserve a space.

A follow-up conversation may cover the program’s stated focus, general format, current schedule, fees, and whether the information you share suggests that the group may be worth considering. It may also be appropriate to discuss individual therapy, a different group, another provider, or another level of support. Any discussion of fit is based on limited initial information and does not replace a full clinical assessment.

Please share only general, non-urgent information in this form. Do not include detailed clinical history, records, insurance or member numbers, payment information, or emergency concerns. Website messages are not monitored continuously. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.

You are welcome to ask questions before deciding whether to move forward. Sending an inquiry does not establish a psychologist-patient relationship, require you to participate, or guarantee that the practice will be able to offer the requested service.

If you are uncertain about the specific program, you can review the group description and general FAQ before submitting a note. The purpose of this form is to begin a careful, practical conversation—not to determine clinical needs through a website message.

You may also choose not to submit this form and instead use the general Contact page for a brief, non-urgent administrative question. Whatever option you choose, avoid sharing information that requires immediate attention or a detailed clinical response through a public website message.

Groups differ in focus, timing, and enrollment status. A waitlist request communicates interest but does not predict when, whether, or how a future opening may be offered.

If the group is not currently enrolling, you can decide whether receiving a future availability update would be useful. You are not committing to participate by asking for an update, and the practice cannot promise a future opening. Any later invitation is optional.

This information is intended to support an informed, non-urgent decision about whether to explore a topic or contact the practice. It cannot account for your complete circumstances, replace a clinical conversation, or determine what service is appropriate for you.

You may take time to review the information, ask general questions, or decide that another resource or provider is a better fit. If you contact the practice, a message or consultation request does not establish a psychologist-patient relationship, confirm an appointment, or guarantee that services will be available.

Reviewing this page does not require any next step. No decision is required today.
